5 things that help me with staying consistent and committed to daily movement!
Make sure you are set up the night before! Nobody wants to scramble at 5am to find a water bottle, plan a workout and pick up the kids toys so you can have a sliver of space to work out. Set yourself up for success and it the night before!
Lay out your work clothes. You are setting an intention for the next morning!
Find a community or an accountability. Daily check ins will keep you motivated and hold you accountable to one another.
Use a progress tracker! I love using annual colour in trackers. It’s a simple way to visually see my progress for an entire year & it keeps me motivated everyday.
Show up! Not every day will be your best and that’s okay! You are forming healthy habits just by showing up everyday!
